When you enter the library, first sign in the Gate Entry Register.

  When you enter the library you have to wear the college ID Card.

  Outside things such as (bag, own books, note,etc..) are not allowed inside the library.

  Library users are strictly prohibited from taking the borrowed and stamped books again into the library.

  Inside the library pin drop silence has to be maintained,Otherwise your ID card will be ceased.

  Books will be issued to the members only on producing the Membership card & ID Card.

  Identical books with the same title and same author will not be issued.

  Book will be issued for 15 Days for UG Students & 30 days for PG students with one renewal permitted.

  If the due date falls on a holiday for the Library, the next working day will be considered as the due date.

  Book has to be returned or renewed on the proper due date. Otherwise fine amount of one rupee per day will be collected.

  Late return of the books will be allowed only three times in a semester. Otherwise Library cards will be cancelled.

  Any kind of marking, underlining or clipping of books is absolutely forbidden.

  The following conditions are to be followed for the renewal of books & no due certificate.

[i] The book has to be produced in the Library for renewal.
[ii] More than one renewal will not be allowed.

  Card has to be produced in the library for no due certificate.

  Reference books, Newspapers, Magazines, Journals should not be taken out.
